One Saturday a month, we open two free mini-sessions to Sudbury. Come as you are — a couple, a family, a small business, a fresh graduate. You walk away with real, hand-edited photographs. All we ask is a little collaboration back.

How it works
Reserve your slot
Pick Session 1 or Session 2 for the next 2nd Saturday and hold it with a $50 booking fee. It keeps the spot genuinely yours — no no-shows.
Come and shoot
Show up on the day. We spend a focused 30 minutes making photographs you'll actually want to print and share.
We collaborate
You accept an Instagram Collab so the best shot posts to both our grids — your circle sees your photos, our studio reaches new faces. Fair trade.
Get your $50 back
Once you've attended and the collab is live, we refund the full $50 — it lands back on your card in 3–5 business days. The session truly costs you nothing.
The one thing we ask
An Instagram collaboration — not just a tag.
This is what makes the session free. When your photos are ready, we send you a Collab invite on Instagram. Accept it, and the post appears on your profile and ours at the same time, sharing the same likes and comments. Your friends discover a great photographer; new clients discover us. That's the whole deal — no hidden catch, no upsell.
- You must have a public Instagram account to accept a Collab.
- We only ever post tasteful, on-brand images — you'll love how they look.
- Prefer not to collaborate? No problem — the Community Session just isn't the right fit, but our regular sessions always are.

Before you book
Is it really free?
Yes. The session, the editing, the photos — all free. The only money involved is a $50 booking fee that we refund in full after you attend and the Instagram Collab goes live. It exists purely so slots go to people who'll actually show up.
What kind of shoot is it?
A relaxed 30-minute mini-session — couples, families, individuals, headshots, a small product, a graduation. It's not a full wedding or event; think of it as a beautiful little portrait sitting.
How many photos do I get?
Between 5 and 10 professionally edited images, delivered digitally after the session.
When is it?
The 2nd Saturday of every month, with two time slots. The reservation box above always shows the next available date.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know at least 48 hours ahead and we'll refund your $50 and release the slot. No-shows without notice may keep the fee — that's the whole point of the hold.
Do I have to do the Instagram collab?
For the Community Session, yes — it's the trade that keeps it free. If you'd rather keep things private, our regular paid sessions are perfect and come with no such requirement.
